Why don’t you offer a $99 special like other cleaners?
The main reason is because we offer quality services. Beware of super cheap offers! These often open the door to your home for bait and switch companies to tell you a super low price and charge you a much higher rate. These companies are not properly trained. Always look for a company certified by the IICRC. Save yourself money and a headache with the choosing the right company the first time.

How long will it take the carpets to dry?
Typically your carpets will be mostly dry within a few hours. While on site, we have fans running to speed up the drying process. You can request fans be left on site.
Is deodorizer extra?
On the majoirty of cleanings no, deodorizer is included. Only on rare occaisons, where there are extreme pet urine spots will we charge for deodorizer.
Should I just rent a carpet cleaner from the grocery store?
No. These cleaners contain detergents that are not rinsed and are left on your carpets. Over a few weeks, the detergent will attract dirt and make the carpets look dirtier than if you had done nothing at all.
How often should I get my carpets cleaned?
It is recommended to have your carpets cleaned professionally every 12-18 months by carpet manufacturers and the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration.
Tips and Tricks
- For stains, blot up the stain as much as you can. Use warm water and a clean towel to blot. Avoid using any spot cleaners
- Change your HVAC filters as recommended. This keeps the carpets (and your home) cleaner
- Save extra pieces of your newly installed carpet when possible. This makes repairs possible and easy.
- Make sure you vacuum at least once a week this will help extend the time between cleanings.
